The Axsy Public Sector mobile app is offline-first. Offline support is achieved by first priming (synchronising) all the relevant meta-data, records, quick actions and Axsy Smart Forms from the Salesforce platform during initial log in. The data is securely stored in a symmetric AES-256 bit encrypted database within the Axsy Public Sector mobile app.



The system of record for the Axsy Public Sector mobile app is the Salesforce platform. Axsy does not access, control, store (on any Axsy platform or system) or otherwise process customer data while providing use of the Axsy Public Sector mobile app.


Use of the Axsy Public Sector mobile app enables the customer to access certain functionalities and perform certain tasks online and offline. Once Axsy has delivered the Axsy Public Sector mobile app to the customer, the mobile app user has sole control of how the mobile app is used.
